Terms of Service

In plain English: You can use HelperX to automate your own X accounts within X's rules. You're responsible for what your modules post. We can shut you down if you abuse the platform. Our liability is capped at what you paid us.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on HelperX you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. By registering you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. The service

HelperX provides automation tooling for the X.com social platform. The service runs operations against X.com on your behalf using credentials you provide.

4. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Compliance with X.com's Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Developer Agreement, and any other rules X.com publishes.
  • The lawfulness of the content you publish through HelperX.
  • The credentials you connect to HelperX. You may only connect accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to operate.
  • Any consequences X.com applies to your accounts (warnings, suspensions, bans). HelperX provides automation tooling but cannot guarantee X.com's tolerance of automated activity.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use HelperX to:

  • Send spam, phishing, scams, or impersonate other people.
  • Harass, threaten, dox, or target individuals or groups.
  • Promote violence, illegal goods or services, or sexual content involving minors.
  • Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior, vote-brigading or astroturfing.
  • Operate accounts you do not own or are not authorized to control.

6. Payment & refunds

Plans are billed monthly per slot. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or for any reason that puts the service or other users at risk.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, results, or compatibility with X.com going forward.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelperX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid HelperX in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION TO BE FILLED]. Disputes are resolved in the courts of [JURISDICTION TO BE FILLED].

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or a banner inside the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
