Refund Policy

In plain English: If the service is broken on our end and we can't fix it within 7 days, you get a pro-rata refund for the unused portion. Crypto payments are non-refundable but get plan extensions instead. AUP violations = no refund.

The short version

If the service is materially broken on our end and we can't fix it in 7 days, we refund pro-rata for the unused portion of the current billing cycle.

Card payments

  • Pro-rata refund within 7 days of payment if the service is broken on our side and we can't restore it within that window.
  • No refunds after 7 days unless required by law in your jurisdiction.
  • Cancellation at any time stops auto-renewal — you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Crypto payments

  • Crypto payments (USDT etc.) are non-refundable. Network fees and exchange-rate volatility make refunds impractical.
  • If we cannot deliver the service we paid you for, we extend your plan equivalent to the unused portion.

Account termination by us

If we terminate your account for violating the Acceptable Use Policy, no refund is provided.

Account termination by you

You can delete your account at any time. The remaining paid period is forfeited unless the cancellation falls within the 7-day pro-rata window above.

  • The transaction date and amount
  • What's broken — be specific
