Acceptable Use Policy

What you absolutely cannot do with HelperX. Violation results in immediate account termination without refund.

In plain English: Don't use HelperX for spam, harassment, impersonation, or anything illegal. You run your own accounts — we give you tools and limits, but you own the output and the consequences.

Strictly prohibited

Spam, scams, phishing. Mass DMs to strangers selling crypto / nft / signals / "free money" with the goal of deceiving them.
Impersonation. Pretending to be another person, brand, or organization, including parody accounts that fail to clearly identify as such.
Harassment, threats, doxxing. Targeting individuals or groups with abusive content, threats of violence, or releasing private information.
Hate speech. Promoting violence or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
Sexual content involving minors. Zero tolerance. Reported to law enforcement.
Coordinated inauthentic behavior. Vote brigading, fake-account farms, astroturfing, manipulation of trends.
Operating accounts you don't own. You must own the X accounts you connect, or have written authorization from the owner.
Illegal goods or services. Drugs, weapons, stolen data, regulated activity without proper licensing.
Malware distribution. Posting links that lead to malware, exploits, or credential phishing pages.

Discouraged but not banned

Excessive aggressiveness — operating multiple slots at maximum daily caps simultaneously may trigger X.com rate limits or account suspensions on their side. We don't ban you for it; X.com will.
"Engagement bait" — repetitive low-effort replies. X.com may down-rank your accounts.

Reporting

If you see HelperX-powered accounts engaged in any of the above, write to [email protected]. Include screenshots, account handles, and timestamps.

Enforcement

First-tier violations (e.g. mild spam, light follow-train abuse): warning + temporary suspension.
Tier-1 violations from list above: immediate termination, no refund.
Repeat violations after warning: termination, no refund, IP blocklist.
Illegal content: termination plus referral to law enforcement.

HelperX is automation infrastructure. We can't pre-screen every reply you queue. If your use of HelperX violates X.com's rules and X.com bans your accounts, that's between you and X.com — we cannot recover them.
