Connect an account
Paste your X auth token and a residential proxy. HelperX verifies both, then stores the token AES-256-GCM encrypted before it touches the database.

Each module has its own settings, daily cap, and work-time window. Enable only what you need — start with one, expand when ready.

Modules run with randomized delays inside your work-time window. The audit log tracks every action — stop any module at any time from the dashboard.

Auth tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted before they touch the database. Each slot uses its own proxy. Every action is audit-logged with timestamp and target ID. Daily caps are enforced server-side, not in the UI.

Common questions
Is it safe to use HelperX with my X account?
Yes, but you must follow the guidelines. We are not responsible for your profile or any potential suspension.
What does the 30-day free trial include?
The free plan includes the Reply (Search) module with a limit of 30 actions per day for 30 days. This is necessary to gradually prepare your profile for higher traffic volumes. Preparing your profile is an extremely important process to avoid having your profile blocked.
What counts as a "slot"?
One X account = one slot. Each slot is isolated: its own settings, proxy, work-time window, and daily cap. Three X accounts on Standard = three slots at $20 each per month.
Why do I need a proxy?
X's anti-abuse stack flags datacenter IPs and IPs shared across many accounts. A residential proxy per slot keeps your traffic looking like normal user traffic. HelperX enforces this — you can't save a slot without a working proxy.
Is HelperX an "AI bot"?
Several modules support AI-generated text, but you write the prompt and are responsible for the output. HelperX is not a fire-and-forget content generator — it's an assistant that executes inside the constraints you define.
What happens to my data if I leave?
On account deletion we wipe encrypted tokens, slot settings, audit logs, and uploaded media after a 7-day grace period. Backups roll off within 30 days. Details in the Privacy Policy.
